My Invented Life--a novel
Roz fantasizes about slipping bovine growth hormone into the pep squad's Gatorade. Why? Because her sister, Eva, is a cheerleader and petite, that's why. Though they used to be close, Eva has deleted Roz from her life for no reason Roz can understand. Then Roz discovers that Eva secretly likes girls. In an act of total insanity, she "comes out" in Eva's place. As Roz plays a woman playing a man in her high school production of Shakespeare's As You Like it, her old life comes unglued and a new one takes over.
My Invented Life, a teen novel, will be released by Henry Holt in September, 2009.

Not bad. Stressed, but alive, and waiting eagerly for Spring Break. The KianChloeJessieverse is taking a place on the backburner while I define the world they live in. Ooh! And I have some art of them. I'll have to put it up so you can see several artist's impressions of my babies!
